A Poem for Summer

Summer returns, and don’t you yearn,

For those times to hold near and dear,

For warm sunlit sand, to escape the bland,

To change the scenery and come here,

To watch the dolphins play, to live life every day,

To enjoy that warm January breeze,

To come and be grasping for memories everlasting,

To come and just be at ease,

There’s nature to embrace, it’ll put a smile on your face,

To swim amongst this ocean so blue,

To have fun and unwind, leave your troubles behind,

Don’t you feel this could be you?
